The Monsignor Ronald C. Bill Scholarship

This merit-based scholarship is available to all graduating high school seniors (GPA 85 or above) who will be attending a 2- or 4-year institution or an accredited trade school. The applicant must be a confirmed member of Sacred Heart Church in Cicero, The Parish of Divine Mercy in Central Square, or Immaculate Conception in Fayetteville, NY. Deadline for applications is March 1, 2026. The Board would like to thank the three parishes for their support.

The Selection Committee will review applications submitted to verify they meet established requirements. The selection process is done anonymously without names or grade averages of applicants.

Four $3000 scholarships will be available for the 2026 college term. This is made possible through the generosity of Sacred Heart Church’s Holy Name
